2-204: MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL; DUTY TO ATTEND:

Every meeting of the council shall be held in the council chamber unless, in case of an emergency, the mayor or the councilmen calling a special meeting designate another place in the city for the holding of the special meeting. (Prior code § 1-2)
