2-203: TIME OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL:

The council of the city shall hold a regular meeting on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at five fifteen o'clock (5:15) P.M. If such a Tuesday falls on a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held on the next day which is not a holiday. (Ord. 1648, 4-23-2007)
