A. The following sections of the residential code are hereby revised as follows: (1985 Code; amd. 2015 Code)
1. The city of Duncan shall be inserted for the name of the jurisdiction; and
2. The penalty for violation of the code shall be as provided in section 1-108 in the city's code of ordinances.
