The rules and requirements of the National Board Of Fire Underwriters known as the national electrical code, latest edition, with such changes and additions as may be made from time to time, are hereby made a part of this chapter, and adopted and incorporated herein by reference as if set out in full herein. The Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., list of inspected electrical appliances, with such changes and additions as may hereafter take place, will be the standard for all electrical fittings and appliances.
