Should the plumbing inspector refuse to issue a certificate of approval on any work due to failure to comply with the plumbing rules and regulations the inspector shall notify the person(s) doing the work to make such changes and revisions as are required to comply with the plumbing rules and regulations. Such notice shall provide that the required changes and revisions be accomplished within not more than three (3) days of the date of notice of failure to comply. (Prior code § 4-43; amd.
