8-741: DISPLAY OF CITY OF DUNCAN MEDICAL MARIJUANA BUSINESS PERMIT REQUIRED:

A valid City of Duncan medical marijuana business permit it shall be conspicuously posted in the business. (Ord. 1813, 10-27-2020)
