8-740: ONSITE USE PROHIBITED:

No marijuana shall be smoked, eaten, or otherwise consumed or ingested within the medical marijuana business, as provided for in OMMA 310:681-5-18 as it may be amended from time to time. (Ord. 1813, 10-27-2020)
