An inspection of the proposed medical marijuana business as required by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority for a certificate of compliance, as well as for a City of Duncan certificate of occupancy (which include inspections for plumbing, electric, mechanical, fire, and life safety), shall be required prior to issuance of a City of Duncan medical marijuana business permit. Such inspection shall occur after the premises are ready for operation, but prior to the stocking of the business with any medical marijuana, and prior to the opening of the business to any patients or the public (for initial applicants). The inspection is to verity that the business facilities are constructed and can be operated in accordance with the application submitted and the applicable requirements of the code and any other applicable law, rule, or regulation.
