A. A medical marijuana dispensary: Five hundred dollars ($500.00), the annual renewal fee will be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) if application is made with the City forty-five (45) days prior to permit expiration.
B. Commercial medical marijuana growing facilities:
1. Organic greenhouse: One thousand dollars ($1,000.00), the annual renewal fee will be five hundred dollars ($500.00) if application is made with the City forty-five (45) days prior to permit expiration.
2. A medical marijuana growing facility utilizing artificial light, fertilizer and pesticides not exceeding maximum allowable quantity, and a single stack of plants: One thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00), the annual renewal fee will be seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) if application is made with the City forty-five (45) days prior to permit expiration.
3. A medical marijuana growing facility utilizing artificial light and flammable gas or flammable liquids, or industrial alcohol, or utilizing fertilizer or pesticides which exceed maximum allowable quantity, or where plants are double stacked: Two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00), the annual renewal fee will be one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250.00) if application is made with the City forty-five (45) days prior to permit expiration.
C. Commercial medical marijuana processing facilities:
1. A medical marijuana processor which engages in trimming and packing, and/or pre-rolls medical marijuana, and/or engages in baking, and/or utilizes water or ice: Seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), the annual renewal fee will be three hundred seventy five dollars ($375.00) if application is made with the City forty-five (45) days prior to permit expiration.
2. A medical marijuana processor which engages in low hazard extraction, utilizing CO2: One thousand dollars ($1,000.00), the annual renewal fee will be five hundred dollars ($500.00) if application is made with the City forty-five (45) days prior to permit expiration.
3. A medical marijuana processor which engages in high hazard extraction utilizing flammable gas or flammable liquids, or industrial alcohol: Two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00), the annual renewal fee will be one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250.00) if application is made with the City forty-five (45) days prior to permit expiration.
D. Commercial medical marijuana transport facilities: Five hundred dollars ($500.00), the annual renewal fee will be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) if application is made with the City forty-five (45) days prior to permit expiration.
E. Commercial medical marijuana laboratory:
1. A commercial medical marijuana laboratory which utilizes chemicals not exceeding the maximum allowable quantity: Seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), the annual renewal fee will be three hundred seventy five dollars ($375.00) if application is made with the City forty-five (45) days prior to Permit expiration.
2. A Commercial Medical Marijuana Laboratory which utilizes chemicals exceeding the maximum allowable quantity: Two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00), the annual renewal fee will be one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250.00) if application is made with the City forty-five (45) days prior to permit expiration.
