A certain document, at least one copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated as the international plumbing code, the latest edition thereof, and any appendices, revisions or amendments thereto, as published by the Building Officials And Code Administrators International and the International Conference Of Building Officials, is hereby adopted as the plumbing code of the city regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of the plumbing systems. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the plumbing code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this code, with additions, insertions and changes, if any, prescribed in this chapter.
