8-720: DEFENSE TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTIONS:

Compliance with the requirements of this chapter shall not provide an exception, immunity, or defense to criminal prosecution under any applicable law, except in the Municipal Court for the City of Duncan. (Ord. 1813, 10-27-2020)
