8-711: BUILDING, FIRE, AND LIFE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

All commercial medical marijuana facilities shall comply with the building, fire, and life-safety codes for the City of Duncan, in addition to any State of Oklahoma building, fire, and life safety codes, as the same may be amended from time to time. (Ord. 1813, 10-27-2020)
