City of Duncan Police operated utility vehicles may be operated anywhere and at any time within the City Limits of Duncan, Oklahoma in the performance of authorized law enforcement functions. Operation of the utility vehicle on any street or highway with speed limits posted greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour must be authorized by the Chief of Police or his designee.
