A Violation of any provision of this ordinance shall constitute a violation of the City of Duncan Code of Ordinances. Upon a finding by the Court that an owner, lessee or operator of a golf cart has violated any provision of this Ordinance, such person shall be subject to a fine of not to exceed $150.00 for each offense, and the associated court costs.
