A. A sanitary sewer main improvement shall correspond with the city's sanitary sewer facilities plan or other approved sanitary sewer report or document, and the improvement shall be designed in accordance with the facilities plan, or approved report. Any sanitary sewer main extension shall extend the entire frontage of the property proposed for development as identified in the facilities plan or report. (Ord. 1610, 10-25-2005)
B. When the improvement required by the facilities plan exceeds the capacity needed to serve the proposed development, the city may participate in the excess cost of such facility in accordance with the provisions of section 12-901 et seq., of this part.
