12-520: GENERAL:
Where sanitary sewage facilities are required in conjunction with the development or subdivision of land, the subdivider shall install the facilities in a manner prescribed by the standard specifications for sanitary sewers for the city, which shall be incorporated, in whole or by reference, into all contracts for such work. All improvements shall be designed in accordance with the rules, regulations and standards of the local government, the local government engineer, the state health department, and other appropriate agencies. All sanitary sewer improvements shall be designed by an engineer registered in the state. (Res. 901, 5-10-1977)

Notes:
   1.   Minor commercial streets shall have a minimum paving thickness of 6 inches.
   2.   Minimum width for a local street shall be 26 feet.

   2.   Street widths shall be measured from inside of curb to inside of curb.
   3.   Curbs shall be 6 inches in height and conform to the typical curb section as approved by the local government engineer.
   4.   Street shall slope from the centerline to curb at 1/4 fall per foot.
   5.   Detailed specifications available from local government engineer.
