All street construction shall be in compliance with the standard street construction specifications of the city. Contracts for such construction of public streets shall include, in whole or by reference, the provisions of the city's standard street construction specifications. There shall be no variance from these specifications unless approved in writing by the city engineer. (Res. 901, 5-10-1977)
