A. The standards and specifications contained herein shall be deemed an addendum to and shall be administered in conjunction with the subdivision regulations of the Duncan-Stephens County planning commission. It is the duty and responsibility of the city engineer to review all improvement plans, as required by the subdivision regulations, for compliance with the standards and specifications contained herein.
