4-805: AUTHORITY OF CITY MANAGER:

The city manager is authorized to adopt rules and regulations deemed necessary and proper to the administration of this part and to ensure compliance by any contractor performing duties pursuant thereto. (Ord. 1510, 8-8-2000)
