12-350: SATELLITE TELEVISION (DISH) ANTENNAS DEFINED:
   A.   A satellite television antenna or dish antenna shall meet the following requirements as listed below. For the purpose of this chapter "satellite television antenna or dish antenna" shall mean a reflecting dish or dish antenna four feet (4') in diameter or more or similar device used for the transmission or reception of electromagnetic waves from orbiting satellites and other extraterrestrial sources.
   B.   This chapter shall not apply to antennas temporarily installed for demonstrations or test purpose for a period not to exceed seven (7) days in any single location. (Prior code § 10-8; amd. Ord. 1201)
