A. Parking Requirements:
1. In accordance with the applicable regulations set forth in this part.
B. Sign Requirements:
1. A sign attached to the main building or a freestanding sign located no closer than ten feet (10') back from the right of way line on the same lot with the main building, not exceeding fifteen (15) square feet in area, and with the height of the sign not to exceed five feet (5'), is permitted.
2. In the case of a lot having both a primary and one or more secondary frontages, one sign for each secondary frontage is permitted.
3. No signs advertising products not sold on the premises will be permitted.
4. An entrance gate which would identify the name of the rural estate is not considered an advertising sign and is permitted but shall be set back from the property line not less than five feet (5'). (Ord. 1565, 5-27-2003)
