The following uses may be permitted on review in accordance with provisions contained in this part:
Adult daycare facility.
Bed and breakfast establishment.
Cemetery.
Daycare center or daycare home.
Greenhouse for wholesale use only.
Group home.
Nursery for wholesale use only.
Public, quasi-public, governmental buildings and facilities, and religious institutions, including, but not limited to:
A. Church.
B. Essential services, including, but not limited to: cable television reception and transmission facilities, public utilities, gas regulator stations, telephone exchanges, electrical substations, and sewage treatment plants.
C. Golf course or country club, but not a driving range, pitch and putt course, or miniature golf operation. (Ord. 1565, 5-27-2003)
