No land shall be used or occupied and no building, structure, or premises shall be erected, altered, enlarged, occupied, or used, except as otherwise provided in the ordinance codified herein for other than one of the following specified uses:
Home occupation.
Public and/or quasi-public buildings and facilities, including, but not limited to:
A. School.
B. Park, playground, and natural preserve.
