12-330: USES PERMITTED:
Advertising signs:
   A.   A sign not exceeding fifteen (15) square feet in area attached to the main building or located no closer than ten feet (10') back from the right of way line on the same lot with the main building, and with the height of the sign not to exceed five feet (5').
   B.   No signs advertising products not sold on the premises will be permitted.
Any agricultural operation.
Home occupation.
Mining, quarrying and earth extraction industries.
Oil well or gas well including the drilling thereof.
One-family or two-family dwelling for agricultural property owner, operator or farm employee.
Plant nurseries and greenhouses.
Temporary roadside stands for the sale of farm products grown on the premises; provided, however that up to one-third (1/3) of the display area for produce may be used for the sale of products not grown on the premises. The temporary structure shall be required to set back from the roadway an adequate distance to provide parking off the street right of way and shall not be placed in such a location as would create an undue traffic hazard.
Accessory structures and uses customarily incidental to any of the above permitted uses when located on the same property. (Ord. 1558, 2-25-2003)
