The following uses are permitted on review:
Bar, lounge, or tavern, private club.
Beauty shop, barbershop.
Dance hall.
Drugstore or pharmacy.
Grocery, supermarket, delicatessen.
Group fallout shelter, bomb or tornado.
Liquor store; retail outlet.
Theater, drive-in, provided that no part of the theater screen, projection booth, or other building shall be located closer than five hundred feet (500') to any residential district, or closer than fifty feet (50') to any exterior property line or public right of way; and no parking space shall be located closer than one hundred feet (100') to any residential district.
