A. The flood hazard area regulations of the city, as adopted by the metropolitan area planning commission are hereby adopted by reference and shall have the same force and effect as if specifically stated herein, adopted and codified in whole within this part.
B. The flood hazard area regulations herein adopted shall be codified in this part, a true and accurate copy to be filed with the city clerk. (Prior code § 16-70)
