12-295: CHANGE OF ZONING MAP FOR F-1 FLOODPLAIN DISTRICT:

Property currently within the F-1 floodplain district shall be rezoned to its zoning district classification prior to its designation as being within the F-1 floodplain district and the zoning districts map be amended to reflect the change. (Prior code § 16-23)
