12-294: DEVELOPMENT PERMIT REQUIRED:

Prior to issuance of building permits for any property in the F-1 floodplain district, an approved development permit as required in the flood hazard area development regulations of the city shall be submitted to the building inspector. (Prior code § 16-22)
