12-291: APPLICATION AS AN OVERLAY DISTRICT:

The provisions of this district shall be in addition to those of the several zoning districts of this chapter. Nothing in this district shall be construed as permitting any uses of land which do not conform to the underlying zoning district classification. (Prior code § 16-22)
