A. Property and buildings in an I-3 heavy industrial district may be used for any use except the following:
1. All residential uses except sleeping facilities required by night watchmen and caretakers employed upon the premises; and
2. All uses not complying with this chapter, or any other county, state or federal regulation or law. (Prior code § 16-21)
