12-258: USES PERMITTED ON REVIEW:

The following uses may be permitted on review in accordance with the provisions contained in this part:

Dance hall.

Hospital for small animals.

Kennel.

Laboratories, testing and experimental.

Nightclub.

Propane dispensary.

Storage warehouse, subject to the conditions specified in section 12-260 of this chapter.

Tattoo parlor or body piercing establishment .

Tavern.
