12-248: HEIGHT REGULATIONS:

A. Height regulations for dwellings shall be the same as those of the R-3 general residential district; and

B. No building or structure shall exceed eight (8) stories or ninety feet (90') in height, except as hereinafter provided in section 12-341 of this chapter. (Prior code § 16-17)
