This district is intended to provide a location for those subdivisions which are within the corporate limits of the city but beyond the service boundaries of existing or potential sanitary sewage collection systems. The larger lot sizes established herein are required in order to provide adequate light, air and open space for homesites which rely chiefly upon private water supplies and individual septic systems. Special attention should be given to see that developments in this district are protected from intensified zoning once the district has been established. (Prior code § 16-13)
