The following uses are permitted in the R-2 district:
Any use permitted in an R-1 residential district.
Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to the above uses when located on the same lot.
Two-family dwelling or a single-family dwelling and a garage apartment. (Prior code § 16-22)
