4-452: CUMULATIVE EFFECT OF ARTICLE:

This article shall be cumulative of all other sanitary ordinances or regulations of the city unless in conflict with the terms of such ordinances and regulations, in which case the terms of this article shall prevail. (Ord. 1510, 8-8-2000)
