723.22 TRADING STAMPS.
   The annual license fee to sell or offer for sale merchants’ trading stamps, premium stamps or stamps or certificates of like nature, or to undertake to redeem such stamps or certificates in money or goods, shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
