1745.04 FORFEITURE OF BOND.
   Any person who fails to properly cap any sewer or who fails to clean up any site in a workmanlike manner shall forfeit the one hundred dollar ($100.00) bond as required in Section 1745.01. (1978 Code Sec. 5-7)
