§ 50.16 NOTICE OF VIOLATION OR NONCONFORMITY.
   (A)   Any notice of violation of this chapter or nonconformity with this chapter shall be in writing.
   (B)   Written notice of the violation shall be delivered to the violator or, in lieu of hand delivery, shall be sent to the violator via certified mail.
   (C)   Copies of all notices of violation shall be kept and maintained by the town.
