(A) All construction and demolition contractors shall provide on-site refuse receptacles, bulk containers, detachable containers or containment areas for debris, paper, waste building materials, scrap building materials and other trash produced by those working on the site.
(B) All like materials shall be contained, and the site maintained in a clean and litter-free condition.
(C) Dirt, mud, sand, construction materials or other debris deposited upon any public or private property as a result of construction or demolition activities shall be immediately removed by the contractor and in all cases by the end of the workday.
