(A) Items shall be placed on the agenda according to the order of business.
(B) The order of business for each regular meeting shall be as follows:
(1) Pledge of Allegiance;
(2) Public comments;
(3) Consent agenda;
(4) Public hearings;
(5) Approval of minutes;
(6) Old business/items tabled from previous meetings;
(7) New business;
(8) Items referred to and presentations from the Town Attorney;
(9) Items referred to and presentations from the Town Manager;
(10) Mayor’s agenda;
(11) Council members’ agenda;
(12) Other business; and
(13) Adjournment.
(C) With general consent or majority vote of the Council, items may be considered out of order.
