§ 31.09 QUORUM AT PUBLIC HEARINGS.
   (A)   A quorum of the Town Council shall be required at all public hearings required by law.
   (B)   If a quorum is not present at a hearing, the hearing shall be continued until the next regular Council meeting without further advertising.
