(A) The Committee shall elect a chair from among its members.
(B) The Committee shall hold meetings regularly at least once quarterly and at hours as may be fixed by the Committee.
(C) Special meetings may be held on call of the chair upon 48 hours’ notice to the members of the Committee.
(D) A copy of the minutes of all meetings shall be sent to the Town Council.
(E) All meetings or other business of the Committee shall be conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Law, being G.S. Chapter 143, Article 33c.
