§ 30.51 COMPOSITION; TERMS; VACANCIES; ATTENDANCE.
   (A)   The Committee shall be composed of 5 members, 1 of whom shall be a member of the Duck Civic Association Board of Directors, appointed by the Town Council for a term of 1 year.
   (B)   Vacancies occurring for reasons other than expiration of terms will be filled as they occur for the period of the unexpired term by the Town Council.
