(A) The property owner and general contractor shall be held responsible for the creation of any unsafe condition on that portion of a sidewalk or multiuse path affected by activities involving site development, construction, alteration or repair.
(B) The property owner and general contractor are responsible for any damage to a sidewalk or multiuse facility as a result of activities involving site development, construction, alteration or repair.
(C) Any reasonable measure implemented to protect a sidewalk or multiuse path is encouraged, provided the protective measures are temporary and limited to normal work hours only.
(D) At no time shall protective measures that are implemented remain in place so as to create an unsafe condition or interfere with the normal use of a sidewalk or multiuse path after dusk and before dawn, or on weekends.
