§ 151.29 BOND.
   (A)   The Building Inspector, as a condition precedent to the issuance of a permit pursuant to this subchapter, may require a bond to be executed by the person desiring the building permit, the bond to be executed by a corporate surety authorized to do business in the state.
   (B)   The bond shall be made payable to the town in the amount of $5,000. The bond shall indemnify the town against any damage caused by the proposed construction to streets, curbs, sidewalks, hydrants and any other public property.
   (C)   Bond release shall be conditioned upon the cleanup and removal of all trash, garbage and excess building materials, and a satisfactory inspection of the sidewalk or multiuse path affected by site development and construction activities as certified by the Building Inspector.
