(A) If any construction, alteration, repair or other work requiring a permit under §§ 151.20 through 151.32 is commenced before the permit is secured and fee paid for same, a penalty shall be added to the fee due, as provided for in the town’s adopted fee schedule.
(B) The fee penalty herein provided shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any other remedies prescribed by law.
