(A) No permit shall be issued until the fees prescribed in this section shall have been paid, nor shall an amendment to a permit be approved until the additional fee, if any, due to an increase in the estimated cost of the building or structure, shall have been paid.
(B) The fees for permits required under this subchapter shall be according to the schedule established from time to time by ordinance of the Town Council and on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
(C) No fees will be required for permits or certificates of occupancy for churches and buildings to be used for charitable or governmental purposes.
