(A) If, in the opinion of the Building Inspector, the valuation of a building, alteration or structure appears to be underestimated on the application, the permit shall be denied unless the applicant can show detailed estimated cost to meet the approval of the Building Inspector.
(B) The term ESTIMATED COST as used in this section means the current value of all services, labor and materials.
