§ 151.05 SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM PREREQUISITE TO CONNECTION OF ELECTRICITY.
   No person supplying electricity within the town shall commence service to a dwelling or a proposed dwelling or structure until he or she has been presented a certificate from the County Board of Health that the dwelling or structure has a sewage disposal system that complies with the minimum health requirements of the County Board of Health.
