The Building Inspector of the town has the right at any hour of the day and any day of the week to access a lot or site for which a building permit has been requested or issued but for which a certificate of occupancy has not yet been issued, for the purposes of inspection of the premises in accordance with this chapter, the Zoning Chapter and the building code of the town.
